1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, contracting services or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
- Line production and end-to-end shoot management.
- Location scouting and management (permits, communities, logistics).
- Rental of film and logistics equipment.
- Complementary services: catering, transport, wardrobe, security.
3. Quotes and Contracting
Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days. Each project is formalized through a specific contract governing scope, deliverables, schedule and payment terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide truthful and complete information about the project.
- Comply with the agreed payment terms.
- Respect the rights of communities, owners and authorities at the locations.
5. Intellectual Property
The visual and technical material published on this site (photographs, videos, reels, copy) is the property of Las Locaaales Producciones S.A.S. or its respective owners. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
6. Rental Equipment
The client is responsible for the custody and proper use of the equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss or theft will be charged according to the replacement or repair value.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure events (extreme weather, strikes, public-order disruptions, failures of external suppliers).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the principal domicile of Las Locaaales Producciones S.A.S.
